Our Story So Far
At Ironworks on Fox

In the creation of Ironworks, we drew inspiration from our local roots while paying homage to our past. Historically, Sunnyside was a place to settle for migrants who were homesteaders and farmers who trapped and traded. The construction of the railroad turned this once-rural outpost into a thriving industrial hub, bringing in a diverse group of entrepreneurial trailblazers, artisans and craftsmen, bricklayers, and ironworkers. Today, this storied area invites newcomers and locals alike to be a part of this remarkable place deeply rooted in Denver history.
